The Business Capitol Electronic Components cc t/a Audio Specialists was established in 1995 by Kim-Patrick Gibbings based in Kloof, Kwazulu Natal.

He became the sole importer of Paradigm and Anthem in Africa, and later took on Martin Logan.

His wife Louise Gibbings joined the business in 2003, and had worked closely with him.

In 2014 Kim-Patrick Gibbings was unfortunately in a fatal aircraft accident, whereby Louise Gibbings, because of her acquired business knowledge, and passion for audio, took over the business.

In 2015, Audio Specialists won “Best Brand Support” internationally.
